Valtice is a picturesque wine town in the South Moravian Region, near the border with Austria and part of the Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape (UNESCO). The town’s history is closely linked to the Liechtenstein family, who resided here until 1945. Valtice lies in the heart of the Mikulov Wine Subregion and offers wine tastings of wines awarded the Salon Vín title within the castle grounds.
