Meziměstí is a town situated in the Valley of Stones, picturesquely located between the Falken Mountains and the Waldenburg Highlands on the Czech-Polish border. Originally settled around 1250 by a Benedictine monastery, Meziměstí developed into an important center due to its railway junction and textile industry. Particularly impressive is the representative railway station building from the 19th century.
